Hi, my name is Kacey and I am the Owner and Creative Director for Laurel Picnic Company. I have always loved planning and from my high school graduation party to my sister baby shower to my very own wedding; being able to put together a timeless moment that people will remember is amazing.
I was a closet planner for few years until I won a contest where I was able to take the Wedding and Event Planning course at the QC Event School. After receiving my internationally recognized certificate in event planning I started Laurel Picnic Company. I wanted to bring my creativity and planning to people in a unique way! Being able to be apart of celebrating someone’s memories, milestones and moments is why I went into event planning.

Most frequent questions and answers
Most recreational parks are available for picnic events. If your location requires any permits we will let you know and guide you on how to obtain the permit.
The earlier the better to book your picnic for the date and time you request. We do ask that you allow at least 48 hours to book your event, but we will try to accommodate all requests where available.
Deposits are refundable up to 14 days before your event date. If there is a cancellation due to the weather after the 14 days then a credit will be issued to be used for a future picnic. Any cancellations within the 14 days of your event are non-refundable.

We do not offer food outside the small packaged treats that are included in your package. We do have a list of vendors for charcuterie, sandwich’s and cupcakes. We can work with you to have them picked up and delivered for your event or you can provide your own food.
A 50% deposit will be due upon booking your picnic to hold your date and time. All payments will be due 7 days before your picnic.
We will be following all CDC regulations when it comes to our picnics. All picnic materials will be washed and sanitized after EVERY picnic. We will wear masks and gloves at all times while preparing and setting up your picnic. Hand sanitizer will be provided to you during your picnic. Social distancing will be observed.
